Child Care Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to work in our before and after care program for the 2024/25 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for the direct supervision of children on site, organizing and planning activities, cleaning, and working with a team of coworkers.
Key Responsibilities- Care for children in a school facility setting
- Observe and monitor children's activities
- Ensure constant safety and security of children under the program's care
- Organize and participate in planned age-appropriate activities
- Delegate tasks to staff members
- Complete written documentation and forms in a prompt fashion
- Remain in close communication with the Child Care Manager and Program Coordinators
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have prior experience working with children
- First Aid/CPR or willingness to be trained
- Ability to stay constantly alert and anticipate problems
- Ability to communicate effectively with children and their parents
