Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the activities of direct care staff, promoting the highest quality of nursing services, and ensuring fulfillment of plans of care according to MVH quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the activities of direct care staff to ensure high-quality nursing services.
- Ensure fulfillment of plans of care according to MVH quality standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to residents.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care.
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Maine.
- Prior short-term skilled or long-term care experience preferred.
