Job Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to a child in their home, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of the child.
- Collaborate with the child's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Valid nursing license and 1 year of RN experience.
- Successful passing of background checks.
