About the Opportunity

Optimyl Benefits is seeking a Regional Sales Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the regional broker community.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of success in sales. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the regional broker community.
  • Broker Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key brokers, providing them with timely support and training on our products and services.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to create awareness of our products and services among the broker community.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Licenses/Certifications: Requires a Life and Health license in your resident state.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record of success in sales.
