Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in agricultural sales leadership roles
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
