Service Attendant / Lot Attendant / Shuttle Driver

Our organization offers an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven Service Attendant/Lot Attendant/Shuttle Driver. This role involves parking and retrieving service clients' vehicles in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate and surpass our clients' expectations
  • Greet clients and escort them to the appropriate personnel
  • Shuttle vehicles or clients as requested by Advisors/Managers
  • Adhere strictly to dealership policies regarding client vehicle care and operation
  • Assist clients with luggage or packages between vehicles
  • Park vehicles in designated areas
  • Retrieve vehicles for clients
  • Locate and install license plates
  • Replace vehicle bulbs as needed
  • Run vehicles through the automated car wash
  • Clear snow from service vehicles
  • Apply salt/deicer during inclement weather
  • Mop/sweep the service lane, including rain removal during bad weather
  • Keep the service drive free of vehicles
  • Assist technicians in moving inoperable vehicles
  • Notify the Manager of any damage to clients' vehicles
  • Help maintain cleanliness on the service drive, inside and out, including trash removal and cleaning floors, windows, and doors
  • Maintain and clean the Treadspec machine in the service lane
  • Assist with the service concession area and keep the snack vending area stocked for clients
  • Participate in department meetings
Requirements:
  • No prior experience is necessary
  • Must be detail-oriented and excel in customer service
  • Must pass a background check
  • Work in a drug-free environment
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Valid Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable)

Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
