Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all inventory vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and presented attractively to customers.
  • Prepare vehicles for delivery prior to final sale.
  • Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles in accordance with company and legal requirements.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service areas, service stalls, and parking lots as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of driveways and walkways by removing debris, ice, and snow as necessary.
  • Create key tags and manage vehicle inventory.
  • Return all vehicle keys to their designated locations, ensuring all vehicles are secured with windows closed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, reporting any illegal activities to management.
  • Engage consistently with management and team members to foster positive working relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate any concerns or issues to management promptly.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
  • Possess a positive attitude, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
  • Exhibit professionalism and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, Motor Vehicle Records checks, and drug testing.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
