About the Service Manager Role
The Service Manager is responsible for assisting customers with tire selections and under-car repair services needed. This is a sales-oriented position requiring prior sales experience in products/services requiring up-selling techniques. Knowledge of repairs and the automotive industry is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills are required to be successful; as well as, outgoing, personable, and success-oriented.

Qualifications
We recruit team members who share our commitment to providing complete customer satisfaction and delivering the highest quality service. To be eligible for the position of Automotive Assistant/Service Manager, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales, 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
