Key Responsibilities
  • Manage maintenance schedules, perform comprehensive audits, and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with service providers for prompt repairs and maintenance, negotiate contracts, and sustain robust vendor partnerships.
  • Oversee space improvements, manage construction projects, and coordinate facility rentals to enhance community engagement.
  • Track facility budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular financial updates to management.
  • Ensure site security and implement ongoing risk management strategies.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in facilities management.
  • Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
