Compensation: $75-105k
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Hiring Type: Direct Hire
- Manage maintenance schedules, perform comprehensive audits, and ensure all repairs meet safety and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with service providers for prompt repairs and maintenance, negotiate contracts, and sustain robust vendor partnerships.
- Oversee space improvements, manage construction projects, and coordinate facility rentals to enhance community engagement.
- Track facility budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular financial updates to management.
- Ensure site security and implement ongoing risk management strategies.
- Minimum of 5 years in facilities management.
- Associate Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills, proficient in English; bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
- Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in vendor relations and management.
- Analytical skills with a focus on data and reporting.
- Dedication to quality and precision in all tasks.
