Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Manager to join our team at Bags, a SP+ Company. As a Facility Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operation of our assigned location(s) through effective leadership, developing client relationships, and providing superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an effective operation by ensuring all employees perform their job functions to the highest standards of operational excellence.
  • Deliver premier customer service to our clients by resolving their requests, concerns, and issues diplomatically.
  • Supervise employee performance to ensure all duties are completed to the highest standard and provide additional training or disciplinary measures as necessary.
  • Monitor facility maintenance for cleanliness standards and make recommendations to improve the aesthetics of the facility.
  • Implement all policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all OSHA laws.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of operational management experience, preferably with work experience within the hospitality, service, or airline industry.
  • Excellent customer service/problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in interviewing, selection, training, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Email applications.
  • Ability to meet deadlines within tight time constraints.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
  • Some college.
Benefits

Salary Range: $74,000 - $75,000 annually.
