About the Role

This position represents Providence Home Services at contracted facilities, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills. The Clinical Liaison RN coordinates and arranges home care services between Providence Home Services and contracted facilities for home health, home infusion, and home medical equipment associated with a clinical referral.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate home care services between Providence Home Services and contracted facilities
  • Arrange home health, home infusion, and home medical equipment services
  • Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure
  • 1 year Full-time experience in clinical role
  • Washington Registered Nurse License or California Registered Nurse License or Registered Nurse License in state of hire, and wherever care is delivered
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Liaison, marketing or sales experience
  • Health care industry experience
  • Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience
  • Epic EMR experience
