We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison RN to join our team at Providence Home Infusion. As a Clinical Liaison RN, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining home infusion referral relationships and coordinating home infusion services for patients from the University of Washington Health System Hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and facilities to promote home infusion services
  • Coordinate and arrange home infusion services for referred patients, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimal outcomes
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on home infusion therapies and related care
Requirements
  • Education sufficient for licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 1 year of full-time experience in a clinical role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • Liaison, marketing, or sales experience
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience
  • Epic EMR experience
