Sales Role

We are currently seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Regional Account Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving large loss and commercial sales by developing and maintaining relationships with key referral sources, including commercial brokers, agents, adjusters, claims managers, and risk managers across Texas, the Northeast, and other regions affected by extreme weather events.

Responsibilities
  • Secure large loss projects by building relationships with commercial brokers, agents, adjusters, claims managers, and risk managers.
  • Cultivate relationships with key end-user accounts within targeted verticals, focusing on projects within our territories or those requiring significant mobilization efforts.
  • Prioritize sales efforts in our designated territories while also pursuing opportunities in areas prone to extreme weather events.
  • Travel to catastrophic events such as hurricanes and floods to chase large-scale restoration work and secure projects.
  • Implement and manage sales activities to achieve KPIs and sales goals related to large loss projects, number of referrals, and new business partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other Regional Account Executive, Commercial Sales Reps, Large Loss Sales Reps, and the Operations team to drive revenue and ensure seamless service delivery nationwide.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7-20 years of sales experience in the restoration industry, insurance, or related fields, with a focus on large loss and commercial sales.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with a hunter mentality.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • In-depth understanding of the disaster restoration industry, large loss processes, and the insurance claims process.
    • Familiarity with key vertical markets such as education, healthcare, hotels, industrial, and manufacturing is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Other: Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively (75% or more).
