Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Specialist to drive commercial sales growth in the Northeast region. As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing compelling value propositions, and executing sales strategies that exceed targets.

About the Job

Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with key commercial clients, negotiating and executing Master Service Agreements, and cultivating a robust referral network. You will also be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and local market dynamics, adjusting sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to identify and secure high-value commercial accounts, focusing on securing MSAs and converting them into long-term referral relationships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, and key commercial clients in sectors such as real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and manufacturing.
  • Master Service Agreements (MSAs): Lead the negotiation and execution of MSAs with key commercial clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that pave the way for ongoing business opportunities.
  • Referral Network Development: Cultivate a robust referral network by engaging with key stakeholders and converting leads into long-term referring partners.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other sales reps and the operations team to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and local market dynamics, adjusting sales strategies to capitalize on new opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within the commercial sector in restoration, insurance, or property management.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven, hunter mentality.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial sector, disaster restoration, insurance claims process, and local market dynamics.
  • Other: Valid drivers license and ability to travel within the Connecticut area.
