Job Title: Customer Relationship Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Customer Relationship Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty for Catholic Health Services. This role will lead the development of marketing campaigns, manage vendor relationships, and analyze data to inform marketing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies that align with Catholic Health Services' growth initiatives
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and retention
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal CRM system performance
  • Analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM administration, preferably in healthcare
  • Proven experience in creating and implementing email campaigns
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with advanced experience in Excel and SQL
  • Channel integration experience (digital, mobile, web, traditional)
  • Experience managing vendors and teams
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Solid background in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
