Youth Behavioral Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Behavioral Specialist. In this role, you will work one-on-one with youth who have cognitive impairments and functional limitations, providing support and guidance in daily living and behavior management skills.

This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling (4 to 40 hours per week), offering competitive pay and opportunities for career growth. As a member of our team, you will be supported in your work, celebrated for your achievements, and encouraged to grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow a treatment plan to promote healthy developmentally appropriate behavior and social skills at home and in the community.
  • Support youth in building daily living and behavior management skills in both their homes and community settings.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license, with reliable transportation and auto insurance.
