Job Summary

This full-time position involves working with clients and their families to address behavioral and mental health challenges. You will provide counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • Active or currently pursuing LMSWcc, LCSW, LCPC, LCPCcc, LMFTS, or LMFTcc licensure within Maine
  • Experience working with children and youth in a clinical setting
Benefits and Compensation
  • Competitive salary starting at $64,000 annually
  • Incentive opportunities to earn up to an additional $15,000 per year
  • Annual bonuses and licensure fee reimbursement
  • Comprehensive benefits package including paid vacation days and separate sick leave
Salary Range

$64,000 - $79,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
