We are seeking a motivated Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our RCS program, you will work directly with clients in home and community settings to teach daily living skills, support goal achievement, and collaborate with families to promote successful outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive starting wage of $19.00 per hour for certified BHPs, negotiable based on experience, and $18.50 for non-certified individuals who will undergo training. Additionally, we provide an iPhone for work purposes and a $300 Certification Bonus for those who already possess their BHP certification.
