Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting changes in behavior or physical ailments to professional staff
  2. Respond to patient needs, taking into consideration developmental stage and psychiatric symptoms
  3. Take a mindful and thoughtful approach to all patient interactions, maintaining appropriate boundaries
