Job Description

Growing Benefit Fund is looking for a dedicated Call Center Support Specialist to provide top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate product information and resolve complaints in a calm and professional manner.
  • Process orders, cancellations, returns, and other customer requests with ease.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require post-secondary education.
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in using call center software.
