Front Desk Support Specialist

About the Job: As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our participants and their families. This includes greeting and welcoming customers, checking in students, handling phone calls, processing payments, and resolving customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all customers with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Check in students and assist families with inquiries about our programs and services.
- Handle phone calls, process payments, and resolve customer concerns.
- Foster a positive atmosphere within our academy by promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Requirements:
- Customer Service or Retail Experience: 3 years (preferred)
- Youth or Sports Industry Experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent
Salary: $22-$28 per hour based on location and qualifications.
