    • Respond to patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
    • Check members and patients in and out, as well as process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Sales and Marketing
    • Participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new patients.
    • Upsell and cross-sell services to members and patients, as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing, as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and events, as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience
    • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
