Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and tabs on the computer.
  • Availability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.

Work Environment:

  • Quiet, uninterrupted workspace.
  • Organized desk area.
  • Equipment provided by Derick Dermatology PLLC.

Additional Information:

The call center operates Monday – Friday 6:45am-7:15pm and Saturday's 6:45am-12:45pm. The schedule is assigned after training.
