We are currently seeking a Marketing Project Coordinator III to assist in executing marketing strategies that align with our departmental and organizational objectives. This position will oversee a variety of marketing initiatives within the Piano division and operates on a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating the flow of marketing materials, assets, and essential documents through the Category/Vertical marketing team and cross-functional teams as necessary.
  • Ensuring that expenditures for designated product categories adhere to the established marketing budget.
  • Coordinating the scheduling, tracking, and timely feedback of marketing meetings and projects, ensuring all approvals are secured within budget constraints.
  • Overseeing the timely initiation and completion of creative and production projects, ensuring they meet the project brief.
Primary Duties Include:
  • Providing stakeholders with current marketing materials, promotional content, product information, and dealer resources.
  • Collaborating with in-house agency project management and account teams.
  • Assisting in the implementation of approved marketing promotions, including rebates, incentives, fulfillment, and notifications.
  • Managing departmental invoicing and billing, participating in regular expense and inventory assessments.
  • Maintaining an organized communications/content calendar and ensuring marketing content is consistently updated.

  • Project Coordination: Ensure all project elements are synchronized, including planning and execution processes.
  • Sales Support: Align marketing efforts with sales initiatives to enhance overall effectiveness.

  • Background in cross-functional collaboration within Marketing Operations and/or Creative Services, including calendar management.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management platforms.
Compensation:
  • Up to $29.00/hour.
