Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate project data within designated tracking systems.
  • Forecast installation schedules for upcoming projects.
  • Prepare invoices for projects one week prior to installation.
  • Provide advance notice of anticipated closures and funding requirements.
  • Manage project scheduling using Google Calendar, work orders, and Google Maps directions.
  • Communicate daily schedules with Installation and Manufacturing departments.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits as needed.
  • Oversee the completion of projects and final inspections for accurate billing.
  • Submit billing information to the Accounting Department.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Arrive promptly each workday and be prepared to work up to 50 hours per week as required.
  • Prepare comprehensive project completion packages.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and spreadsheets.
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Personable and possess exceptional communication skills.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and sound judgment in all interactions.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, confident, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
