Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all stages of project management, including conceptualization, planning, execution, control, and closure.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adjust as needed.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Use performance reporting and change management techniques to manage and report on project performance.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Ensure that all projects adhere to the company's high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within a cGMP environment.
  • Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Deep understanding of the food production industry, including its processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
