Senior Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking a Senior New Accounts/CSR to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Interview and profile customers to recommend appropriate banking products and services.
- Generate new business to drive bank profitability and branch goals.
- Partner with other business lines to identify sales opportunities and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Open and support consumer and business checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, and Trust & Estate Accounts.
- Support business clients with essential Treasury Services, including RDC, Armored, and Courier Service.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of bank products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on applicable New Account laws, procedures, and required documentation.
- Minimum of three years of banking teller experience.
- Advanced experience with opening consumer accounts and complex business accounts.
- Strong customer relations skills and ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers.
- Knowledge of basic banking regulations, such as BSA and Information Security.
- Excellent judgment and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook applications and banking programs.
$20.00-$28.60 per hour DOE. Compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
