A Guest Services Representative is an on-call, event-based role responsible for providing direct support to guests during their experience at our venue. This position ensures a safe environment for all attendees while addressing their service needs. Representatives will take on various roles as required, including ushering, ticket scanning, suite assistance, and more.

This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $15.00 to $19.00.

Part-time benefits include: 401(k) savings plan with matching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all attendees.
  • Welcome guests and verify tickets upon entry.
  • Ensure compliance with venue policies regarding food, beverages, and personal items.

  • Monitor guest behavior and offer help as needed.
  • Contribute to a safe and secure environment for all guests.
  • Report any unsafe conditions or equipment to supervisory staff immediately.
  • Assist with crowd management and control.
  • Participate in emergency evacuation procedures, directing guests to exits.
  • Monitor emergency exits and assist guests with special requirements.
  • Adapt to various roles based on event needs.
  • Distribute materials to guests as required during events.
  • Adhere to all event protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Provide excellent service to both internal and external clients.
  • Embody the venue's commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven customer service experience with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
  • Clear and effective communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
