Your Impact:

As a Memory Care Program Director, you will ensure that every resident receives compassionate and respectful care. If you are dedicated to creating and executing outstanding programs for residents, we are eager to connect with you. We seek a proactive and service-oriented individual to lead the development and implementation of our Memory Care initiatives. This role is vital for enhancing the success of our programs and ensuring satisfaction for both residents and their families.

This is a full-time role with daytime hours, requiring no weekend or holiday shifts.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in geriatrics or a related activities position
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing programs for Alzheimer's or Dementia
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience
