SilverCrest is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Memory Care Program Director to join our team. As a key member of our senior care community, you will be responsible for developing and implementing exceptional programs for our residents with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive memory care programs that promote resident engagement, socialization, and cognitive stimulation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integration of programs with resident care plans
- Supervise and train staff on memory care best practices and program implementation
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets for program resources and materials
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in geriatrics and/or activities-related position
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Alzheimer's or Dementia-related program development
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred
