Your Impact:
As the Director of Memory Care Programs, you will ensure that every resident is treated with the utmost respect and care. If you are committed to designing and executing outstanding programs for residents, we invite you to explore this opportunity. We seek a proactive and service-oriented individual to take charge of program development and implementation within our Memory Care sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our initiatives and enhancing satisfaction for both residents and their families.
This is a full-time role with daytime hours, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatrics or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in developing programs for Alzheimer's or Dementia
- A minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
