Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Developer

Job Description:
At Serigor Inc., we are seeking a skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our team. As a key member of our DevOps team, you will be responsible for designing and developing reports using PowerBI and creating complex SQL queries. Your extensive experience in PowerBI and SQL will enable you to work closely with social workers and system developers to identify contributing factors to data quality issues and design processes to eliminate them.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct analysis of data maintained in multiple different sources and identify processes to validate the information.
  • Coordinate the client data management governance structure, perform required analysis tasks, and support client staff in implementing recommendations.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into detailed, production-level technical specifications, creating robust data models, data analysis features, and enhancements.
  • Collect requirements for reports from program staff, prototype reports, and work with other vendors to deploy reports using the client 365Dynamics platform.
  • Write complex data joins to establish data measures across multiple tables.
  • Modify existing reports and/or develop new reports by analyzing databases, data sources, and structures for the benefit of users. Perform QA analysis on reports for accuracy and ensure reports meet the intended business needs.
  • Manage Azure Data Services, including Synapse/Synapse Links, Azure SQL Pool, and Data lake.
  • Deployment of reports.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
