Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization. You will work closely with social workers and system developers to identify contributing factors to data quality issues and design processes to eliminate them. Your expertise in Azure Data Services, including Synapse and Azure SQL Pool, will be essential in managing and deploying reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and maintain complex data models and data analysis features.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and develop reports using PowerBI and SQL queries.
  • Manage and deploy reports using Azure Data Services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 11-15 years of experience in report development and SQL query writing.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerBI and Azure Data Services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
