Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to be the face of our Title Closings Real Estate Office in a full-time position. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, handling phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a professional appearance.

About the Role:
The Receptionist will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and assisting all visitors, employees, and vendors.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing and distributing mail, packages, and other business materials.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
In addition to the above duties, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for
  • Filing, scanning, and storing documents.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Providing support to other team members as needed.
