Solar Sales Representative

Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Solar Appointment Setter to join our retail team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with potential customers, educating them on our solar energy solutions, and scheduling appointments to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the face of Sunrun in designated retail stores, building relationships with customers and promoting our solar energy solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive appointment growth and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a retail or customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work a retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Access to reliable transportation to support a multi-store territory zone within 15-30 miles.
