Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support, including handling mail, processing address changes, and maintaining records.
  • Establish and manage accounts in our systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Process incoming credit applications, working closely with customers to ensure all required information is provided.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Assist with other support tasks and administrative duties as assigned.
