We are seeking a Sustainability Intern to become a vital part of our team. This role will provide an opportunity to engage with our Sustainability department and collaborate with various stakeholders.

The selected intern will gain exposure to a wide range of operational and administrative projects within the department. Key responsibilities will include sustainability reporting and collaborating with essential functions to evaluate risks and opportunities. Tasks may involve conducting research, drafting reports, creating executive presentations, and presenting findings to team members regarding relevant issues in the automotive sector. Additionally, the intern will research industry trends and reporting frameworks, gather and analyze data from stakeholders, prepare performance reports, and assist with sustainability audits alongside global counterparts. The role will also support internal stakeholder reporting and participate in departmental initiatives, including meetings with business clients to understand how our company drives innovation to enhance people's lives.

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

  • Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a focus on Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and familiarity with Tableau is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
  • Showcase excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Be energetic, adaptable, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have an interest or experience in business and corporate settings.
  • Exhibit a genuine interest in the automotive industry.
  • Be able to perform work onsite.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion; knowledge of online legal research tools is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Desire to thrive in a dynamic, enjoyable, and challenging environment, surrounded by positive colleagues.
