Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Conditions of Employment
Applicants must be prepared to fulfill a one-year probationary period, including a managerial probationary period if applicable. A Confidential Financial Disclosure Report must be filed within 30 days of appointment. Candidates will be subject to a drug test prior to appointment and random testing thereafter. Maintaining a Moderate-Risk Security Clearance is essential for this position.

Qualifications
Federal experience is not mandatory; relevant experience from public or private sectors is acceptable. Candidates must demonstrate specialized experience at a level equivalent to the next lower grade, showcasing managerial skills and technical expertise.

Specialized Experience Requirements
To qualify, candidates must possess:
  • Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities, applying relevant techniques and principles to achieve program objectives.
  • Experience in overseeing the planning and implementation of technical program aspects.
  • Effective communication skills for interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.

Education
A degree from an accredited institution is generally required. Candidates may need to provide transcripts or equivalent documentation to verify educational qualifications.
