We are currently seeking a Marketing Program Manager to oversee the daily operations of marketing initiatives for client accounts, ensuring precise and timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage data processing and list information, including the creation and distribution of internal and external reports.
  • Assist Account Executives in project management and campaign execution to guarantee timely and flawless implementation of client programs.
  • Oversee project cost management and client billing/invoicing.
  • Enhance the efficiency and profitability of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with the Creative department to ensure alignment with the established marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with the Director and Analytics team to analyze and report on the outcomes of all marketing initiatives.

Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of ongoing projects. Utilize insights into the client's business and product lines to establish credibility and drive strategic recommendations aligned with their business objectives.

Project Management: Lead the development of project timelines in collaboration with the team, ensuring proper approvals are secured for all internal and external projects. Facilitate the creation and execution of creative concepts through structured processes including creative briefs and client presentations.

Communication and Reporting: Prepare clear and organized communications, manage Change Requests to inform the team of any scope alterations, and alert management to significant client changes that may impact budgets or timelines.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of direct marketing principles.
  • Experience in automotive marketing is preferred.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and capacity to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing expectations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and derive actionable insights.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective time management.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a marketing agency or client services role.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
