Job Summary

The Territory Manager, Physician Offices & Ambulatory Surgery Centers is responsible for driving sales growth and executing the sales strategy for assigned territories. This role will require effective utilization of Masimo resources and positioning of Masimo products to meet sales and customer satisfaction objectives in ASCs, Physician Offices/Clinics, Urgent Care, and Clinics.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Represent Masimo products and solutions in ASCs and Physician Offices/Clinics to achieve assigned sales quota.
  • Develop and manage a weekly sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Clinical Support staff, VP of Sales, and Masimo local area team members to ensure growth.
  • Complete assignments, reports, and administration tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide post-sale product and solution training to ASCs & Physician Offices/Clinics.
  • Support and train contracted distribution representatives.
  • Interface with product managers to stay up-to-date with products and new releases.
  • Perform special projects as requested.
  • Own the customer relationship throughout the sales cycle.
Minimum Qualifications & Traits
  • One to two years of B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting quota.
  • Preference given to med-device sales experience.
  • Ambition, desire, and drive to further develop career.
  • Successful and demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, with overnight stays.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs.
Education

Bachelor degree is required.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

This position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer sales calls on a daily basis. Must be able to travel extensively (both domestically and locally), so the ability to travel by air and operate a motor vehicle is required. Must have a valid Driver's license with a driving record that meets company's insurance requirements. It also requires frequent driving, sitting, standing, and walking. May stand for extended periods when facilitating customer meetings or walking in the facilities. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required.
