Job Summary:

Downtown Nashville Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently following up with customers, responding to inquiries, and ensuring effective lead management.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals, share best practices, and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry
