Join Our Team as a Clinical Coordinator RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator RN. As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care for our patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires at least 6 months of dialysis experience. As a Clinical Coordinator RN, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care and services, including tracking lab values, vital signs, and outcome management. You will also ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients by delivering the highest level of care.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care and services, including tracking lab values, vital signs, and outcome management
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients by delivering the highest level of care
  • Train and supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • At least 6 months of dialysis experience
  • Current CPR certification
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
