Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Valve Clinic Coordinator RN. This is a full-time position that will play a critical role in the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of valvular care for patients with heart valve disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze patient data from various sources, including echo alerts, primary care physicians, and cardiologists.
  • Conduct retrospective echocardiogram and medical records reviews to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate clinic visits with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work closely with the Department Director to achieve desired goals and outcome data.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN degree.
  • Minimum of three years recent clinical experience, preferably in cardiology or the cath lab.
  • Experience in clinical research and cardiac nursing certification are highly desirable.
  • Current registration in the State of New Hampshire as a Registered Nurse and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification is also required.
Work Environment

This position is based in Manchester, New Hampshire, and is a regular, full-time position with a standard schedule.
