Position Title: Administrative Coordinator

Employment Type: Temporary – ongoing, minimum 12 weeks

Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation:
$20 – $25 per hour

Role Overview:
This position provides essential support to the Nurse Leadership, Education, and Clinical Services teams through a diverse range of responsibilities in coordination, administrative, and clinical service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and distribute the daily clinical assignment sheet to the Clinical Service and Management teams.
2. Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and coverage of Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Coordinators to ensure sufficient staffing during operational hours.
3. Assist Nurse Leadership in ensuring accurate timekeeping using the designated system.
4. Manage clinical supply inventory levels and facilitate purchase orders.
5. Oversee the transport and processing of medical instruments.
6. Ensure accurate data entry into the centralized database.
7. Provide support to the Clinical Education team.
8. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires alongside Nurse Leadership and Staff Educator.
9. Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, distribute handouts, and manage invitations and communications as necessary.
10. Support Nurse Leadership in managing the Clinical Call Out mailbox and associated workflows.

Required Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Health Care or equivalent experience.
- Preferred experience in community health.
