Compensation:
$20 – $25 per hour

Job Overview:
This position plays a crucial role in supporting the Nurse Leadership, Education, and Clinical Services teams by performing a diverse range of tasks related to coordination and administrative operations within the clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and distribute the daily clinical assignment sheet to relevant teams.
2. Coordinate scheduling and coverage for Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Coordinators to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
3. Assist Nurse Leadership in managing accurate timekeeping using designated systems.
4. Oversee clinical supply inventory levels and facilitate purchase orders.
5. Monitor the transport and processing of medical instruments.
6. Ensure accurate data entry into the designated database.
7. Provide support to the Clinical Education team.
8. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires in collaboration with Nurse Leadership and Staff Educator.
9. Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, and distribute relevant materials.
10. Support Nurse Leadership in managing clinical communication workflows.

Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Health Care or a related field.
- Preferred experience in community health settings.
