Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Heaton Erecting, Inc. in the construction industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field highly preferred.
  • NexGen Fleet Management Software, 3D Lift Plan, and Snagit experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Salary Range:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
