As a Regional Sales Leader, you will guide a team of field sales professionals, crafting and implementing strategies to optimize business expansion.

You will play a crucial role in nurturing and managing your team to drive revenue and meet individual, team, and organizational targets.

Your Contributions

Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a profound understanding of customer needs through thorough research to develop insights into their priorities.
- Support your team by leading and participating in prospect meetings.
- Analyze weekly territory pipeline and forecasting activities to coach direct reports on strategies for closing deals.
- Engage actively in territory planning, relationship building, and opportunity development to drive revenue by assisting your team in closing deals.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture that achieves results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring and developing your team.
- Possess in-depth technical knowledge of our offerings, adopting a holistic approach to address customer challenges.
- Drive and oversee collaborative selling opportunities.
- Hold yourself and your team accountable for achieving ambitious goals while maintaining a proactive mindset in the face of challenges.
- Communicate effectively with leaders at all levels, including C-suite executives, establishing open and trusting relationships.
- Successfully influence others through effective change management.
- Develop a winning team through recruitment, hiring, and training while upholding our core values.

Qualifications

Your Background:
- Experience and understanding of SaaS architectures, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors; SASE technology experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with channel and partner sales models.
- Proven track record as a leader capable of building high-performing teams in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Consistent history of successful sales pipeline management and results.
- Highly motivated individual with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency, possessing an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet revenue targets while prioritizing team development and growth.
- Proficient in managing significant client escalations and issues.
- Excellent influencing skills, both internally and externally, with the ability to communicate effectively and build consensus across various functional areas.
- A collaborative leader who values teamwork and fosters strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
- Active TS/SCI with a Full Scope Polygraph.
