Job Title: Office Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Office Support professional to join our team at Royal Furniture Company. As an Office Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and assisting the sales team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for each customer.
  • Process cash transactions and balance the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with questions or direct the call to the appropriate person.
  • Assist the sales team with tasks such as calling customers, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.

Requirements:

  • Able to multitask and effectively communicate.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Cash handling experience.
  • Experience using various computer systems.
  • Must have a friendly, helpful demeanor and professional appearance.
