Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at Computacenter. As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels
  • Resolve IT issues and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document and log customer interactions in our ticketing system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, with additional European language skills an asset
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
