Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, 401k plan, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.
Job Description
We are seeking a Hospice Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, focusing on promoting comfort, dignity, and quality of life for patients and their families.
- • Report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help maintain a safe and healthy environment by performing light housekeeping tasks and assisting with meal preparation
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
• Six months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic CPR certification
